el 30 de agosto

  • Today we reivewed some actions from last week: corre, salta, camina, toca, mira, habla.
  • Next we told our first story.
  • The students added in information by answering my questions. The stories remained 95% in Spanish. Plus Brad Pitt and Justin Bieber made appearances!
  • Neither class was able to finish the story, but the students' imaginations are going crazy for creative endings! I'm excited to see what they will come up with!
  • At the end of class, we reviewed what happened in the story. Also, throughout the story we stopped for several comprehension checks. The students explained in their groups what was happening, and also let me know whether they were understanding it.
